My Current Food Fixation

Hey, look at that. Another food post. This is quickly evolving into a half-foodie blog. Oh well, we are who we are.

My latest quest is to find the Waffle Truck. A few months back, Lucia and I saw a Bobby Flay Throwdown episode where he challenged this guy who drives around NYC in a converted panel truck selling Belgian waffles. I was immediately interested. Since then I have been keeping my eyes peeled whenever we are out and about, and have promised Lucia that no matter the time or situation, if I ever see the Waffle Truck, that I will be purchasing and immediately devouring a delicious waffle. And she knows that I'm serious.

I'm lucky to have such an understanding wife!
